The key to our successful Quality Assurance Program lies in our management team conducting routine inspections of premises alongside our clients. Adaptable reporting is available to all of our clients, from WHS incidents to client requests, all can be rolled into an easy to read report on a monthly basis.
Customer service training - Cleaning may not be the forefront of customer service, however, each interaction with our client or guest provides an opportunity for our employees to make an impression. We provide training on this and many other customer service opportunities to our employees.
Continuous improvement recommendations – Constantly reviewing our operations and the feedback from our clients to see where we can make changes to improve our daily operations.
After making recommendations and implementing changes to improve quality, we then review with our client on how the changes have been received and how quality has been improved.
